At Pencil Spaces, we are constantly thinking of ways in which we can enhance how educators teach online, both inside and outside of class. Today, we are excited to unveil a feature that is a first-of-its-kind in the tutoring industry: AI-generated lesson summaries!

What are AI Summaries?

With AI summaries, we can generate a concise and accurate recap of your class, capturing discussion points with students and any action items. We’ll send you an email when your summary is ready - you can review this summary and then share it with students and parents either by email, through our messaging system, or via your preferred tutoring management system.

We hope summaries saves you valuable time, and also helps you keep parents in the loop with their student's learning progress.

How do I try this out?

AI summaries can be enabled for anyone using Cloud Recording. This feature is available as an add-on, and we are inviting users on our enterprise plans to try it out. If you are interested in enabling AI summaries for your tutoring sessions, please reach out to our support team. We’d love to have you give it a try and hear your feedback!
